IBM MQ(TM) Connectivity for Eclipse Amlen(TM)

Because the IBM MQ client is not opensource, it's 
non-trivial to build/host the Amlen<->MQ bridge as part 
of the Amlen Build infrastructure at Eclipse.

Therefore one of the contributors to Amlen builds and
hosts this bridge separately.
