TENET.AnnotationHub
This is the development version of TENET.AnnotationHub; to use it, please install the devel version of Bioconductor.
Annotation data for the TENET package
Bioconductor version: Development (3.20)
AnnotationHub package containing datasets for use in the TENET package. Includes GenomicRanges objects representing putative enhancer, promoter, and open chromatin regions. All included datasets are aligned to the hg38 human genome.

Installation
To install this package, start R (version "4.4") and enter:
if (!require("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
install.packages("BiocManager")

BiocManager::install(version='devel')
BiocManager::install("TENET.AnnotationHub")
For older versions of R, please refer to the appropriate Bioconductor release.
