foodingraph: Food Network Inference and Visualization
Displays a weighted undirected food graph from an adjacency matrix.
Can perform confidence-interval bootstrap inference with mutual information
or maximal information coefficient.
Based on my Master 1 internship at the Bordeaux Population Health center.
