RTSA is the R version of TSA, originally being developed as a java stand-alone software. The RTSA manual is heavily inspired by the user manual for TSA by Kristian Thorlund, Janus Engstrøm, Jørn Wetterslev, Jesper Brok, Georgina Imberger, and Christian Gluud.
