Windows95: 
The following system upgrades are strongly recommended (if you
haven't applied them yet):
DCOM95 v1.3 and
Dial-Up Networking Upgrade (DUN) v1.3
(preferably install them before running the AVP installation program)

Windows98:
The following system upgrades wouldn't hurt...
DCOM98 v1.3

WindowsNT 4:
You should have installed at least SP4 (Service Pack 4)
