The structure of the database files has changed.  
This means that databases created with a previous 
version of NG3 cannot be opened.

Some new features....

*   Multiple server support.  Complete integration of 
    multiple servers.  NewsGrabber will combine multipart 
    articles accross servers, and will download articles 
    from best available server.

*   Better server balancing.

*   In-program, mpge/avi/mp3/wav viewer.

*   Importing files from NewsGrabber 2.1.27.

*   Two mark lists to help with sorting and queueing 
    articles.

*   Better performance.  Opening & closing databases no 
    longer takes forever.

*   Queue management.  Modify the download queue to 
    hold/release, move things up & down the queues.

*   Better multipart article support to enable article 
    resuming.

*   Better database structure.  Handles database 
    corruptions better.

*   Rate limiting to allow surfing in conjunction with 
    downloading.

*   New Auto profiles, so you can program actions
 
*   Better filtering.

*   SOCKS5 Proxy support.
